Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our support team.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your Raycon earbuds or headphones, along with all original accessories and packaging, into a shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Attach the label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier; once received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
